The product should be cured, sorted and packed to protect skin quality and reduce post-harvest damage. Minimum order is designed around one 40ft shipment or equivalent 12m truck load for regional trade. Sweet potatoes are not handled like ordinary potatoes; they require careful temperature management to avoid chilling injury and skin breakdown. Buyer may request size grading, carton weight, washed or unwashed finish, palletized loading, residue analysis, private label cartons and destination phytosanitary documents. Product is suitable for EU, Gulf and regional buyers looking for consistent Egyptian origin fresh root crops.
